The whole production range of FL filling machines has been designed to work in the highest sterile levels environment.
Each machine is developed and manufactured based on liquid features, filling quantity and bottles dimensions. Nothing is left to chance.
We make use of special bottles movements that gather bottles in groups, which are filled simultaneously, even up to 16 bottles at a time, while at machine infeed and outfeed bottles are transported in continuous motion.
With this combination of intermittent and continuous motion we can maintain high production speeds while performing high dosages as well as many operations on the bottles: Nitrogen purging, 100% IPC control weight, camera defect controls.
Our machines motions are quite stable, bottles are centered and held individually, they are never left free except on the conveyor belts where control and ejection devices are easily applicable.
